How is DiveOps different from a booking system?
A booking system takes the booking and stops there. DiveOps runs the whole centre around it: the WhatsApp AI answers and sends the booking link, then the same system plans the boats, tracks the fleet, runs the till, does payroll and keeps the books. One login, not a booking tool bolted to six other apps.
Do I have to use every module?
No. One plan includes everything, and you turn on what you need. Most centres start with the WhatsApp AI and bookings, then switch on the dive day, boats, money and the rest as they go. Nothing you leave off gets in the way.
Can one login run more than one centre?
Yes. A group or an area manager can run several centres from one account, with each centre's boats, staff, prices and books kept separate. Roles decide who sees the money, the inbox or the schedule.
Will it work with my accountant?
Yes. Every payment, sale and expense posts to a proper double-entry ledger with a P&L, trial balance and drill-down ledger your accountant can use. Export everything to a spreadsheet whenever you like, with no lock-in.
