Dive log software built for dive centres, not just divers

Most dive log apps are for individual divers. DiveOps is the dive log for the centre: a signed, per-dive record for every dive your team runs, with countersign, an audit history and staff logging built into the same platform that handles your bookings, boats and gear. It is designed for centres that have to prove what happened on every dive, not just remember it.

A signed record for every dive, not a personal logbook

A diver's logbook app is a memento. A dive centre needs something stronger: a record it can stand behind if a customer, an insurer or a regulator ever asks who dived, when, to what depth, and who signed it off. DiveOps builds that in.

Every dive your centre runs becomes a structured record with the details that matter, captured as it happens rather than reconstructed later. Times are editable when reality differs from the plan, and each record carries who logged it and who countersigned it, so there is a clear line of accountability rather than a scribble on a slate.

  • A per-dive record for every dive the centre runs, captured on the day
  • Countersign and sign-off, so each dive has a named, accountable signature
  • Editable dive times, so the record matches what actually happened
  • A full History and audit trail, not a note that can quietly change

Made for compliance and record-keeping

Some centres operate where dive logging is a legal duty, not a nicety. Malta's commercial diving rules, for example, require a signed record of each dive, and a paper sheet in a folder is a weak answer when it matters.

DiveOps was built with that kind of requirement in mind: a durable, signed, per-dive record with an audit history, so a centre can show its logs are complete and have not been altered after the fact. Centres that do not face a specific regulation still get the same benefit, which is a defensible record and a lot less paper.

  • Signed, per-dive records designed to satisfy strict logging requirements
  • An audit trail that shows a record has not been quietly changed
  • One home for every dive, instead of paper sheets and loose files
  • Records tied to the diver, the boat and the trip they belong to

Part of the operation, not a separate app

The dive log is not a bolt-on. It sits inside DiveOps, next to your bookings, dive groups, boats and gear, so a dive that runs on the trip sheet becomes a logged record without re-typing it into a second system.

That is the whole point of running the centre on one platform. The enquiry becomes a booking, the booking joins a boat and a group, the group runs as a dive, and the dive becomes a signed record, all in one place your reception and instructors already use.

  • Logs flow from the same trip sheet that runs the day
  • No double entry into a separate logbook tool
  • Reception and instructors work from one login
  • The rest of DiveOps handles bookings, boats, gear, team and finance

Built by someone who has run a busy dive shop

DiveOps was built by a former Koh Tao dive professional who went on to become Global Head of Technology and Cybersecurity Oversight at Revolut, one of Europe's largest fintechs. The product's roots are on Koh Tao, and the concept was validated with 20 Koh Tao dive centres before launch.

It is already trusted in demanding, high-volume operations, including one of the world's largest SSI dive centres. Whatever agency you teach under, SSI, PADI or another, the dive log works the same way, because it records what your centre did, not how a diver was certified.

Questions, answered.

Is this a logbook app for individual divers?

No. DiveOps is dive log software for the centre. It creates a signed, per-dive record for the dives your team runs, with countersign and an audit history, rather than a personal logbook for one diver's own dives.

Can dive records be edited after the fact?

Dive times are editable so the record matches what actually happened, but every record carries a History and audit trail, so changes are visible rather than silent. The goal is a record a centre can stand behind.

Does it help with dive logging regulations?

Yes. It was built with strict logging duties in mind, such as Malta's commercial diving rules, which require a signed record of each dive. DiveOps keeps a durable, signed, per-dive record with an audit history so a centre can show its logs are complete.

Does the dive log work on its own?

It is part of DiveOps rather than a standalone app. The dive log sits alongside bookings, boats, gear and finance, so a dive that runs on the trip sheet becomes a logged record without re-typing it into a separate system.

Which certification agencies does it work with?

All of them. The dive log records what your centre did on each dive, so it works the same whether you teach under SSI, PADI or another agency. DiveOps does not touch your certification workflow.
