Where it started
The roots of DiveOps are on Koh Tao. Our founder worked there in a dive centre: discover scuba dives in the morning, and an office quietly drowning by the afternoon. Bookings scattered across five WhatsApps, the dive schedule on paper, compliance in someone's head. The operational pain was impossible to miss.
What came next
He carried that frustration into a very different world. As Global Head of Technology and Cybersecurity Oversight at Revolut, one of Europe's largest fintechs, he helped build and protect software trusted by millions. That is the other half of DiveOps: what it actually takes to ship software that is reliable, fast, secure and genuinely useful, not just impressive in a demo.
Running today
Today it runs the daily operations of one of the world's largest SSI dive centres. It is built to do the same for yours.
