Problems flagged before they become fines.
The short answer
DiveOps warns a dive centre before things lapse: staff certificates, insurance and medicals, gear service intervals and boat certificates. Warnings appear on the bell, as counts in the menu and as banners on the morning overview, so they are dealt with before the deadline rather than after it.

What does DiveOps keep an eye on?
For staff: instructor and guide certificates, insurance and medicals. For equipment: each item's service interval. For boats: certificates and service dates. Each has a due date, and the warning shows before it.
Where do warnings show?
On the bell with a count, as badges on Team and Gear in the menu, and as banners on the morning overview. Dismissing a warning hides it for the whole team for a day, so the same thing is not chased twice.
Who sees what?
Six access levels, from owner to trainee, decide who sees the money, the inbox or the schedule. Each person sees what their job needs.
Questions, answered.
What goes on a staff record?
Certificates, insurance and medicals with their expiry dates, plus languages and whether they can teach. Each date is checked every day.
Can I dismiss a warning?
Yes. Dismissing hides it for the whole team for 24 hours, and it comes back if it still needs doing.
What about the records an inspector asks for?
DiveOps keeps staff records, certifications and gear servicing in one place. For centres in Malta, the Dive Log covers the per-dive record.
