The short answer
DiveOps gives every partner, such as a hotel, hostel or travel agent, their own booking link, QR code and referral code. Every booking they send is tracked to them, and you pay commission only on divers who book. Promotions let you run time-limited offers that the WhatsApp assistant can put in front of the right divers.
How does a partner send me divers?
Add a partner and DiveOps makes their link, QR code and code. They put the QR poster at reception or share the link with guests. Anyone who books through it, or types the code at checkout, is credited to that partner on its own.
You can give the partner's guests a discount too, so the code saves them money as well.
How do I pay partners?
Every referred booking shows with the commission owed, and the amount follows the booking until you approve it. Settle approved commissions in one click: DiveOps records the payment as a marketing expense and makes a statement you can email to the partner. Partners see their own link, earnings and payouts in their portal.
How do promotions work?
Set an offer on a course or trip with its dates and discount. While it runs, the WhatsApp assistant knows about it and mentions it to divers who ask about that course.

Do partners need a DiveOps login?
Partners get their own simple portal with their link, their earnings and their payouts. They do not get into your DiveOps.
What if a printed QR code is already out there?
Each partner's code is fixed, so posters you printed keep working for as long as the partner does.
Can I set a different commission per partner?
Yes. Each partner has their own commission rate and, if you want, their own customer discount.
