My Trip Sheet is your personal view of the day: the trips and groups you're running, without the whole-centre detail.
When you'd use this
- You're an instructor or guide checking your own day.
Using it
- Open My Trip Sheet from the sidebar.
- See the groups and customers assigned to you, plus the sites and times.
Signing up for a boat (DMTs)
If you're a divemaster trainee and your centre has turned on DMT boat sign-up, a Sign up for a boat panel appears at the top of this page (it's also a page of its own — Trip Sheet Sign-up). Tap a day on the calendar strip, then for each boat:
- Self sign-up centres — press Sign up to put yourself straight on the boat (no need to pick a group — you join the boat). This only works for boats that aren't published yet; once reception publishes the day, ask them to add you.
- Request & approve centres — press Request to join. Whoever handles approvals gets the request and approves or declines it.
Each boat shows your current status — Pending, Approved or Declined. You can back out yourself at any time: Withdraw a request that's still pending, or Cancel a place that's already approved. The panel is hidden if your centre keeps DMT sign-up off, or if you're not a DMT.
Tips

A violet U18 badge beside a diver's name means they're under 18 on the day, so a parent or guardian has to consent. Hover it for their age — it changes the depth they're allowed to and how closely you supervise them. It only shows when the centre holds their date of birth, so no badge means "not known", not "adult".
