My Dive Groups shows the course groups assigned to you, each student's progress, and lets you sign a student off when they've finished. It also lists the activities you're guiding.
When you'd use this
- Checking who's in your group.
- Signing off a student at the end of a course.
- Seeing which activity divers you're guiding.
Using it
- Open My Dive Groups from the sidebar.
- Review your groups and each student's progress (estimated from the published trip sheet). A student's name links to their booking, if your role has access to Bookings.
- When a student has finished, use Sign off and confirm.
Activities
Below your course groups, an Activities section lists the activity divers you're guiding (fun dives, snorkels and the like), with their dives-so-far. It's a read-only list here — mark an activity diver Done from the main Dive Groups board when their dives are logged.
Tips

A violet U18 badge beside a student's name means they're under 18, so a parent or guardian has to consent. Hover it for their age — it changes the depth they're allowed to and how closely you supervise them. It only shows when the centre holds their date of birth, so no badge means "not known", not "adult".

Your groups are set in Assignments; ask whoever manages it if something looks wrong.
