QR codes — print and share your booking and sign-up codes

One place to find, print and share your two customer QR codes: the Booking QR code and the Customer sign-up QR code.

When you'd use this

  • Print an A4 poster for the counter, shop window or dive boat.
  • Save a QR image to put on a flyer, social post or your website.
  • Show a QR code on your TV display boards so walk-ins can scan it.

Before you start

  • Turn on your booking page first (Settings → Booking Page). Until it's on, the codes still print, but scanning them shows a "not found" page.
  • Your logo and brand colour (from Settings → Branding) are used on the printed poster.

Where to find it

  • Settings → QR codes (in the Operations group). The same codes also appear in Settings → Booking Page.

The two codes

  • Booking QR code — customers scan it to open your booking page and book a dive.
  • Customer sign-up QR code — customers scan it to add themselves to your customer list (name, contact, certification and emergency details). No booking needed.

How to download a QR image

  1. Open Settings → QR codes.
  2. Under the code you want, click Download PNG.
  3. A .png image saves to your device — drop it into a flyer, post or web page.

How to print an A4 poster

  1. Open Settings → QR codes.
  2. Under the code you want, click Print A4 poster.
  3. A printable A4 page opens in a new tab — a big QR with your centre name and logo, ready to print or save as PDF.
  4. Use your browser's print dialog (or save as PDF) and put it on the counter or boat.

How to show a code on your display boards

  1. Open Settings → QR codes.
  2. Under the code you want, turn on Dive schedule board and/or Dive groups board.
  3. It appears next to your logo on the board(s) you chose, with a small label ("Scan to book" or "Scan to sign up") so customers know which one it is.
  • Each code is independent: you can show both codes, on either or both boards at the same time.
  • The same toggles live on each board's tab in Settings → Display Boards, so changing them in either place keeps both in step.

Tips

  • The poster uses your brand colour and logo automatically — set those in Settings → Branding first for the best result.
  • Choosing the board theme or date range? That's in Settings → Display Boards.

Troubleshooting

  • Symptom: scanning the code shows a "not found" page → Cause / fix: your booking page is off. Turn it on in Settings → Booking Page.
  • Symptom: the poster has no logo → Cause / fix: add a logo in Settings → Branding; the poster picks it up automatically.
