This is where you give your WhatsApp assistant its name, voice and greeting.
When you'd use this
- First-time setup of your bot.
- Changing how it sounds or what it says first.
Setting your bot's identity
- Go to Settings → Bot Information.
- Fill in the Identity card:
- Bot Name — what customers see (e.g. "Finn").
- Greeting Message — the first thing it says to a new chat.
- Sign-off — optional closing line (e.g. "- Finn, Your Dive Centre").
- Persona — optional notes on tone and character.
- Emoji Policy — optional guidance on emoji use.
- Press Save.
Tips
- Facts the bot answers with (hours, prices, sites) come from your other editors, not here — keep them where they live. See kb-overview.md.
