DiveOps is your dive centre's back office and AI assistant in one place: bookings, the dive day, customers, money, and a WhatsApp bot that answers enquiries for you.
When you'd use this
- Your first time logging in.
- You're not sure where a feature lives.
Logging in
- Go to your DiveOps dashboard URL and sign in with the email you were invited on.
- If you belong to more than one centre, pick the centre you want from the centre switcher at the top.
First time? Accepting your invite
When your centre adds you, you get an email with a 6-digit code:
- Enter the code on the verification screen, then set your password.
- Fill in your profile (your details and an emergency contact). You're not finished until this step is done — until then your centre still sees you as "awaiting verification".
- If the code says it's invalid or expired, tap "Send me a new code" for a fresh one, or ask your centre to resend your invite.
Started but didn't finish? Just log back in and DiveOps takes you straight to the last step.
Finding your way around
- The left sidebar groups everything by job: conversations, bookings, the dive day, customers, gear, finance, settings.
- What you can see depends on your role (owner, manager, reception, instructor). If a menu item is missing, your role may not include it — ask your owner. See roles.md.
- The notification bell (top bar) shows in-app alerts: support replies, finance and system messages. WhatsApp customer messages appear in the Inbox, not the bell.
Tips
- Set up your knowledge base (kb-overview.md) and bot (bot-information.md) early — that's what makes the WhatsApp assistant useful.
- Most settings live under Settings in the sidebar.
