Getting support

Support is how you reach the DiveOps team. Raise a ticket and the conversation continues in-app.

When you'd use this

  • You're stuck, hit a bug, or have a question or feedback.

Raising a ticket

  1. Open Support and press New Ticket.
  2. Choose the Type (Bug / Feedback / Question), add a Title and Description, and press Submit Ticket.
  3. Replies appear in the ticket's Conversation thread — add a follow-up message any time. DiveOps replies are labelled "DiveOps"; yours show as "You".

Tips

  • The team aims to respond within one business day.
  • Include what you expected, what happened and the page you were on.
