When you'd use this
- You're stuck, hit a bug, or have a question or feedback.
Raising a ticket
- Open Support and press New Ticket.
- Choose the Type (Bug / Feedback / Question), add a Title and Description, and press Submit Ticket.
- Replies appear in the ticket's Conversation thread — add a follow-up message any time. DiveOps replies are labelled "DiveOps"; yours show as "You".
Tips
- The team aims to respond within one business day.
- Include what you expected, what happened and the page you were on.
