Metrics is your analytics dashboard — the key numbers across the whole centre, with each figure compared to the previous period so you can see what's moving.
When you'd use this
- Reviewing how the centre is performing over a week, month or quarter.
- Spotting trends: is revenue up on last month? Is the bot deflecting more enquiries? Are credentials about to expire?
Using it
- Open Metrics from the sidebar.
- Pick a range at the top: 7 / 14 / 30 / 90 days or All time. Every number, chart and trend updates to that range.
- Each KPI card shows the value, a small ▲/▼ change vs the previous period, and a mini trend line. (All time has no previous period, so the change is blank.)
- Switch tabs to drill in:
- Revenue — money in vs out, net profit, cash collected, outstanding balances, revenue by service and expenses by category.
- Bookings — how many, confirmed rate, how many came via WhatsApp, and what's booked ahead.
- Bot — messages handled, how many the AI resolved without a human, response speed, and your busiest hours and days.
- Operations — trips run, divers dispatched, dives delivered, and the day-to-day breakdown.
- Customers — new leads, repeat rate, where they come from, and top nationalities.
- Fleet — distance, fuel cost, what's due for service, and where your boats are now.
- Equipment — what's overdue or due soon for service, what's checked out, and usage.
- Team — active staff, expiring credentials, and dives delivered per person.
Tips
- A red ▼ on Bot response time is good — it means the bot got faster. For most other tiles, green ▲ is the good direction.
- Use 90 days or All time to see the real trend; 7 days can swing on a single busy or quiet day.
