Service providers are the repair companies you send equipment to for servicing — an internal address book. Customers never see them. They're used by the servicing counter.
When you'd use this
- Recording a workshop you send customer kit to.
Adding a provider
- From the POS Servicing tab, open Setup → Service providers.
- Use Add provider: Company name plus optional contact, phone, email, address, website and notes.
Tips
- Marked clearly as internal only — not visible to customers and not used by your bot.
- Deleting is permanent.
