Service job types are the equipment-servicing services you offer customers, each with a standard price (e.g. "Regulator Annual Service"). They feed the servicing counter in the POS.
When you'd use this
- Setting up the priced services before you start checking items in.
Adding a job type
- From the POS Servicing tab, open Setup → Service job types.
- Use Add service type: set Name, Price, an optional Service every (months) interval, and a description.
- Toggle Active / Inactive as needed.
Tips
- Choosing a job type at check-in auto-fills its price and service interval.
- The Service every (months) interval becomes the default reminder schedule for that service — DiveOps emails the customer before their next service is due (see servicing).
- Deleting is permanent (the confirm says it can't be undone).
