Editing policies

Policies hold your centre's rules — cancellation, refunds, medical, safety — that the bot can quote to customers.

When you'd use this

  • Publishing or updating a policy.

Adding a policy

  1. Go to Settings → Policies.
  2. Add the policy text.
  3. Save.

Tips

  • Deleting a policy is permanent.
