FAQs are the catch-all questions that don't belong in a dedicated editor — things like certification validity, what to bring, dealing with nerves, and how booking works.
You start with a ready-made set
Your centre comes pre-loaded with a set of common diving FAQs so the bot can answer everyday questions from day one. They're yours — edit the wording, delete any you don't want, or add your own. Anything that varies by centre (prices, exact times) is written to point the customer to your team, so nothing is wrong out of the box.
When you'd use this
- A common question keeps coming up that isn't covered elsewhere.
- You want to tweak a ready-made answer to match how your centre does things.
Adding or editing an FAQ
- Go to Settings → FAQs.
- Add or edit the question and answer.
- Choose a category (pick an existing one or type a new name) to keep your FAQs organised into groups.
- Save.
Tips
- FAQs are shown grouped by category, so a longer list stays easy to scan.
- Don't put prices, dive-site details or opening hours here — those have their own editors and the bot reads them from there. FAQs are only for meta questions and curated overviews.
- Deleting an FAQ is permanent — the confirm dialog says it cannot be undone.
