Dive centres in the Philippines

Dive centre software built for Philippine operators

DiveOps is operations software for Philippine dive centres, with a 24/7 WhatsApp AI front desk on your own number. It is built for how diving runs across the islands: day-boat centres on Malapascua, Moalboal, Anilao and Dauin, and liveaboards out to Tubbataha, each with their own season, boats and mix of courses and fun dives.

Every island runs differently, one system handles all of it

Philippine diving is spread across very different spots: Malapascua's dawn thresher-shark trips on Monad Shoal, Moalboal's sardine run and Pescador Island, Anilao's macro and muck, Dauin and Dumaguete's critter diving, the WWII wrecks of Coron, and the Tubbataha liveaboard season from roughly March to June. Each has its own boats, timings and customers.

DiveOps keeps all of it on one schedule and one set of books, so a centre running early shark trips, day boats and courses at once does not lose track of who is on which boat.

A 24/7 WhatsApp front desk for a global customer base

Philippine centres take bookings from divers all over the world, usually on WhatsApp, at all hours and in many languages. The centre that replies first wins the booking. DiveOps' WhatsApp AI runs on your own number through the official Meta Business API (DiveOps is a registered Meta Tech Provider), replies in under 2 minutes, answers around 92% of routine questions itself and sends the booking link. A person confirms every booking.

  • Answers in the diver's language, day and night
  • Runs on your existing WhatsApp Business number
  • Hands anything off-script to your team with the full chat
  • Roughly 8 hours a week of admin handed back

The whole operation, in pesos

Beyond the enquiry, DiveOps is full dive centre management software: bookings and payments in pesos, boats and the daily trip sheet, gear and rentals with servicing reminders, courses and student records, a retail till, and team, HR and payroll. Whichever agency you teach under, SSI, PADI or another, it runs the operation around your certification workflow.

  • Bookings, boats and the trip sheet on one schedule
  • Gear, rentals and servicing tracked and in date
  • Retail till, finance and payroll in the same login
  • Card fees up to 20% lower than typical terminal rates (never guaranteed; it depends on your current processor)

Built by someone who has run a busy dive shop

DiveOps was built by a former Koh Tao dive professional who became Global Head of Technology and Cybersecurity Oversight at Revolut, one of Europe's largest fintechs. The concept was validated with 20 Koh Tao dive centres before launch, and it already runs the daily operations of one of the world's largest SSI dive centres.

It is from £99 a month, scaling with the divers you run through the year. Book a demo and see it set up against your own boats and courses.

Questions, answered.

Does DiveOps handle both day boats and liveaboards?

Yes. Day-boat trips and multi-day liveaboard departures sit in the same schedule and books, so a centre running both, for example day boats plus a Tubbataha season, manages them from one system.

Does the WhatsApp AI use my own number?

Yes. It runs on your existing WhatsApp Business number through the official Meta Business API. DiveOps is a Meta Tech Provider, so the number stays yours with no reseller and no ban risk.

How much does DiveOps cost?

From £99 a month, priced in your currency, scaling with the number of divers you run through the year. Book a demo for a figure against your own numbers.
