Is DiveOps affiliated with or endorsed by PADI?

No. DiveOps is independent software with no affiliation, endorsement, certification or partnership with PADI. PADI is a separate organisation. DiveOps simply works alongside your existing PADI workflow.

Will the WhatsApp AI use my centre's own number?

Yes. It runs on your existing WhatsApp Business number through the official Meta Business API. DiveOps is a Meta Tech Provider, so the number stays yours with no reseller and no risk from unofficial tools.

We teach under more than one agency. Does that matter?

No. DiveOps handles operations regardless of which agency you certify under. Your PADI, or any other agency's, certification workflow continues exactly as it does today, separately from DiveOps.
