Dive centres in the United Arab Emirates

What should a dive centre in the UAE run on?

UAE diving is busiest when residents are free: weekend boats out of Fujairah and Dibba, courses squeezed around work, and a queue of WhatsApp messages every evening. DiveOps runs that rhythm, and the money behind it, from one login.

The short answer

DiveOps suits UAE dive centres from Dubai to Fujairah: it plans busy weekend boats and courses from the bookings, keeps each diver's certification and medical on file, runs payroll and the shop in dirhams, and answers every WhatsApp enquiry around the clock with an AI front desk that sends your booking link.

Fujairah boats and Gulf wrecks

Most UAE diving happens on the east coast, in the Gulf of Oman: Dibba Rock, Snoopy Island at Al Aqah, Martini Rock and the Inchcape wrecks off Fujairah. On the Arabian Gulf side, centres run wreck dives off Dubai and Abu Dhabi. Water runs from the low 20s in winter to the low 30s in summer.

DiveOps builds each boat's trip sheet from the bookings, with every diver's certification, kit sizes and cylinders, so a full Saturday boat from Fujairah is planned before the convoy leaves Dubai.

Weekend peaks and courses around work

Most UAE divers are residents who learn and dive on Saturdays and Sundays, or on weekday evenings in the pool. That means sharp weekend peaks and students who finish a course over several weeks.

DiveOps tracks each student's progress to instructor sign-off, whichever agency you teach under, from SSI and PADI to RAID and BSAC, and the staff roster shows who is on which boat or pool session. Divers fill in their details and medical form on their phone before they arrive.

Many languages, one WhatsApp front desk

Enquiries arrive in English, Arabic, Russian, Hindi, French and many more, often late in the evening. DiveOps' WhatsApp AI answers on your centre's own number through the official Meta Business API (DiveOps is a registered Meta Tech Provider), replies in under 2 minutes in the diver's language, handles around 92% of routine questions itself and sends your booking link. A person at the centre confirms every booking and takes over any chat that needs one.

Dirhams, card fees and the books

Bookings, the shop till, payroll, reports and double-entry books run in UAE dirhams. Card payments go through your own Stripe account, which can mean card fees up to 20% lower than a typical terminal (never guaranteed; it depends on your current processor), and centres get roughly 8 hours a week of admin back.

DiveOps is one plan with every feature, priced by the number of divers you run through the year. Book a demo and see it set up against your own boats, courses and staff.

Questions, answered.

Does DiveOps work in UAE dirhams?

Yes. Prices, payments, the shop till, payroll and reports all run in dirhams, with card payments through your own Stripe account.

Can it handle a full weekend of boats and courses?

Yes. Each boat's trip sheet is built from the bookings, course students are tracked to sign-off, and the staff roster shows who is on which boat or pool session.

Does the WhatsApp AI take bookings itself?

No. It answers questions and sends your booking link. The diver books on your booking page, and a person at the centre confirms every booking and can take over any chat.

How much does DiveOps cost for a dive centre in the UAE?

One plan with every feature, priced by the number of divers you run through the year. The pricing page has the details, or book a demo for a figure against your own numbers.
