Dive centres in Saudi Arabia

What should a dive centre in Saudi Arabia run on?

Saudi Arabia's Red Sea coast is one of the least-dived reef systems in the region, and the number of Saudi divers and visitors is growing fast. A centre there is often training first-time divers on the same day it runs experienced divers out to the reefs. DiveOps keeps both in one login.

The short answer

DiveOps suits Saudi Red Sea dive centres from Jeddah to Yanbu: it builds each boat's trip sheet from the bookings, keeps every diver's certification and medical on file, tracks courses and gear, and runs a 24/7 WhatsApp AI front desk that answers in Arabic or English and sends your booking link.

Jeddah, Yanbu and a long, quiet coast

Most diving runs out of Jeddah, with reefs, walls and wrecks a short boat ride offshore, and Yanbu to the north, known for reefs such as the Seven Sisters. Further south lie Al Lith and the Farasan Islands, and the new Red Sea coast destinations are adding resort diving. The water stays warm, from the mid 20s in winter to around 30°C in summer.

DiveOps builds each boat's trip sheet from the bookings, with every diver's certification, kit sizes and cylinders, so the crew sees the same plan as the shop.

Licensing and the records behind it

The Saudi Red Sea Authority (SRSA) licenses navigational and marine tourism along the coast. Its requirements for beach operators ask for a diving centre licence accredited by the Saudi Water Sports and Diving Federation where diving runs from the beach. DiveOps does not hold or file those licences for you.

It keeps the day-to-day records in one place: divers fill in their details and medical form on their phone before they arrive, each certification is kept on the diver's record, and staff details sit alongside the rosters and payroll.

New divers, courses and a growing local market

Many Saudi centres teach a lot of first-time divers, alongside residents and visitors who arrived on a tourist visa. DiveOps tracks each student's course progress to instructor sign-off, whichever agency you teach under, from SSI and PADI to CMAS, and logs gear and cylinders against each diver.

A 24/7 WhatsApp front desk in Arabic and English

Enquiries arrive on WhatsApp, in Arabic and English and often late in the evening. DiveOps' WhatsApp AI answers on your centre's own number through the official Meta Business API, replies in under 2 minutes in the diver's language, handles around 92% of routine questions itself and sends your booking link. A person at the centre confirms every booking and takes over any chat that needs one.

Your currency, payments and one plan

DiveOps runs each centre in one currency, set when you join. A centre in Saudi Arabia can price in US dollars or euros today; ask about Saudi riyals on your demo. Payments can be taken by payment link with PayPal where it is available to you, or recorded at the desk, and the shop till, payroll, reports and double-entry books sit in the same login. Centres get roughly 8 hours a week of admin back.

DiveOps is one plan with every feature, priced by the number of divers you run through the year. Book a demo and see it set up against your own boats, courses and staff.

Questions, answered.

Does the WhatsApp AI answer in Arabic?

Yes. It answers in the language the diver writes in, including Arabic and English, on your centre's own WhatsApp number, and hands any chat to your team when a person is needed.

Does DiveOps handle our SRSA or federation licence?

No. Licences come from the authorities. DiveOps keeps the records you work from every day in one place: diver details, medical forms, certifications, staff rosters and payroll.

Does DiveOps work for liveaboards on the Saudi Red Sea?

DiveOps is built for day-boat and shore-based centres. If you also sell liveaboard places, list each departure as a dated trip on your booking page, with its own spaces and price. DiveOps does not run the liveaboard itself.

How much does DiveOps cost for a dive centre in Saudi Arabia?

One plan with every feature, priced by the number of divers you run through the year. The pricing page has the details, or book a demo for a figure against your own numbers.
