Referral programme questions
How much do I earn?
20% of every payment a centre you introduce makes to DiveOps in its first 12 months as a paying customer, excluding VAT and hardware such as GPS trackers. Refer more centres and each one earns you the same.
When and how am I paid?
Monthly, once the centre's payment has cleared. You choose credit off your own DiveOps bill or a bank transfer. For bank transfers we ask for your payment details and, if you are a business, an invoice.
How do you know the centre came from me?
They book their demo through your personal link, or you introduce them to us by email before they book. If two people introduce the same centre, the first introduction counts.
Do I need to be a DiveOps customer?
No. Dive centres, instructors, divemasters, travel and trade contacts can all join. Customers can take their reward as credit off their own bill.
Does the centre I refer pay more?
No. They pay DiveOps exactly what they would have paid anyway. The 20% comes out of our side.
Is there a limit?
No limit on how many centres you refer. Each one earns you 20% for its own first 12 months.
Programme terms
- You earn 20% of the payments a centre you introduce makes to DiveOps in its first 12 months as a paying customer, excluding VAT, hardware and refunds.
- It counts when the centre books its demo through your link, or you introduce it to us by email first, and we were not already talking to that centre.
- Rewards are earned once the centre's payment clears and are paid monthly, as DiveOps credit or by bank transfer. If a payment is later refunded, its reward is taken off the next one.
- You cannot refer your own centre or business. Please don't spam, or bid on the DiveOps name in search ads.
- You are responsible for any tax on what you earn.
- We may change or end the programme with 30 days' notice. Centres already referred keep the terms they were referred under.
